Mgr. Darina Horváthová – director
Education: Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics, Comenius University in Bratislava, department of mathematics and management
Experience: Three years in software localisation for Exe, a.s. and then an external translator of technical texts from English to Slovak – the more specialised the text and the more complex the topic, the harder it is for her to resist the challenge. Her areas of specialisation are IT, management, finance, marketing and EU issues. To avoid being dogged by translation problems, she turns to her faithful CAT – Trados Studio 2019.
Mgr. Radovan Horváth – director, financial manager
Education: Faculty of Management, Comenius University in Bratislava, department of financial management
Experience: every position possible from freelance accountant to financial analyst in large business centres, until he felt the urge to start his own business. This was surely a loss for globalisation, but a significant gain for our company. Besides English and French, he is fluent in SQL and VisualBasic. His main weapons are Excel tables and macros.
PhDr. Antónia Černá – director
Education: Faculty of Arts, Comenius University in Bratislava, department of informatics and German
Founder of the company and a major personality in the translation business for over 25 years. She now prefers a well-earned rest tending to the fruit and vegetables in her cottage garden. When needed, however, she digs out her book of contacts and finds the right person for every job. Her charm is able to work wonders and achieve the impossible. She is living proof that the human mind is still superior to the computer.
